Activation
Peel the backing from the label. The gold contact pads must come away with the backing — if the pads remain on the label face, it has not activated correctly. Once the backing is removed, the label begins broadcasting immediately and cannot be deactivated.
Apply the label adhesive-side down to a clean, dry surface on the asset or packaging. Avoid sticking directly to metal surfaces, as metal reduces Bluetooth range.
Registration
Scan the QR code printed on the label using the Blecon Agent or a scan link. The label is added to your workspace and appears on the live map once a hotspot detects it.
