Statistics

The Statistics page gives you fleet and zone metrics over time — a workspace-level view for reporting on your deployment across weeks and months, rather than looking at one tag at a time.

Live summary

A row of cards shows the current state of your workspace at a glance:

  • Total tags — every active tag in the workspace (archived tags are excluded).
  • Active — tags seen in the last 15 minutes.
  • In zones / Outside zones — how many tags are currently inside a zone versus outside all of them.
  • Inactive — tags with no position for 24 hours or more.
  • Missing — tags with no position for 7 days or more. Click through to see the full list.
  • Zones — total zones in the workspace.
  • Active alerts — alerts currently open.

Line charts show how your deployment changes over time. Each has a selectable range:

  • Fleet size — the number of active tags over time (7 days to 1 year).
  • Zone occupancy — occupancy over time for a chosen zone keyword, so you can compare like zones (24 hours to 1 year).
  • Alerts — alerts raised over time (7 days to 1 year).
  • Associations — asset associations over time (7 days to 1 year).

The fleet size, alerts and associations charts are built from a daily snapshot of your workspace. Snapshots begin accumulating automatically, so the history fills in from the day the feature became available and grows over time.

Trip activity

A chart shows how much your fleet moved, over the same ranges as the other trends (7 days to 1 year). Three lines:

  • Trips — trips that finished each day.
  • Assets that moved — how many tags made at least one trip. A busy day for ten vehicles reads differently from a busy day for one.
  • Ended without arriving — trips that closed because the tag went quiet, not because it arrived. Their distance and duration are upper bounds, so a day made mostly of these points at a coverage gap rather than a busy fleet.

Above the chart, a summary line gives the totals for the range: trips, distance, average trip length, how many tags moved, and how many are on the move right now.

Trip activity is read from the trip records themselves, so the full history is available straight away. It does not wait for daily snapshots.

Only finished trips are counted. A trip in progress has no end yet, so counting it would report a distance and a duration it has not reached.

Most active assets

A table ranks the tags that moved most over the selected range, with trips, distance travelled and time spent moving. Click a row to open that tag's history.

Top zones

A table ranks your zones by how many assets are in each, with the zone name and its keyword tags — a quick way to see where your fleet is concentrated.
