Demo workspaces

Six demo workspaces run in Blecon Track with live data. Open one to see a populated dashboard before you deploy a single tag. Each one plays a scenario on a loop: assets move, rules fire, alerts appear, and the same assets then resolve them. Nobody maintains them, and nothing in them belongs to a customer.

You need a Blecon Track account. Sign in, then open a link below. A demo workspace does not appear in your workspace list, so keep the links.

The six scenarios

Workspace What it shows Rules to watch
Depot Returns Roll cages that travel between depots and customer sites, carried by Agent handsets. A cage left at a site raises an alert until the next van collects it. Not where expected, Dwell time, Zone asset count, Inactivity
Van Tool Kits A service van's tools, each paired to the van's own tag. A tool left at a job raises an alert the moment the van drives off. Separation, Inactivity, Low battery
Delivery Runs A round of drops watched as journeys rather than boundaries. Totes pair themselves to their van, and the trip rules judge each run. Proximity association, Trip completed, Trip abandoned, Trip overdue, Wrong destination, Unscheduled stop, Out of hours trip
Cold Chain Chilled and frozen loads whose tags report temperature as well as position. One load warms up on every run. Temperature, Trip completed, Inactivity
Global Fleet 100 vehicles across the UK, Europe and the United States, with geofences around the sites they serve. Geofence entry and exit, Geofence containment, Dwell time, Not where expected, Zone asset count, Inactivity
Warehouse Inbound Indoor tracking. Assets arrive by road, then report from network zones inside a building where there is no GPS. None. This demo shows network zones and the map, not rules.

Each link opens the workspace Overview. Add /map, /assets, /alerts, /zones, /rules or /trips to the end of the link to open that page instead.

What you can do

A demo workspace is read-only. You can:

  • Watch the Live Map and follow an asset's trail.
  • Open an asset and read its position history and trips.
  • Read every rule to see how it is configured, and every alert it has raised.
  • Open the zones to see how coordinate zones and network zones are drawn.

You cannot acknowledge an alert, edit a rule or zone, add an asset, or invite a member. Nothing you do in a demo affects what others see.

Where the data comes from

The demos receive position events through the same position webhook a customer integration uses. No hotspots or tags stand behind them. Alert timings are shorter than you would set in production, so an alert appears while you are watching. The guides in Rules & alerts give the production settings for each scenario.

Next step

When a scenario matches your operation, set up your first tracking network and add your first tag. The rules you saw in the demo are the ones you will build.
