Blecon Track overview
Know where every asset is and get alerted the moment something needs attention. Blecon Track is an indoor asset tracking application that turns raw device locations into a live operational picture — with automatic monitoring, configurable alert rules, and instant notifications when things go wrong.

What Track does
Track is an application built on the Blecon Network API. Network handles positioning and connectivity; Track adds the application layer:
- Live map — See all your assets in real time with movement trails and zone overlays.
- Rules — Define conditions that trigger alerts, auto-associate devices, or record trips: geofence entry/exit, return-to-base, dwell time, proximity association, trip matching, and more.
- Alerts — Active alerts that persist until resolved, with acknowledge, assign, and resolve workflow for triage.
- Zones — Named geographic areas on the map that organize your space and drive rules.
- Notifications — Alert events delivered by email, webhook, or the in-app notification bell.
- Asset associations — Link related assets together (e.g., packages on a pallet) to track them as a group.
- Position history — Full trail of every position update for each asset, with sensor data when available.
Who it's for
Track is for operations teams who want a ready-made tracking solution. You define your rules — "vans back by 6pm", "loading bay shouldn't exceed 10 pallets", "alert me if a device goes silent for two hours" — and Track handles the monitoring.
If you need to build your own application on top of raw location data instead, use Blecon Network directly.
